Let’s Build an Amazing Enclosure for the Raccoons…..together!!!!

Each year the Big Bear Alpine Zoo is inundated with baby raccoons.

These raccoons are most often bottle fedby our amazing staff of keepers.

As they grow dependent on the keepers for their care,

they are most often notable to fend for themselves in the wild.

These raccoons are destined to spend the rest of their lives at the
Big Bear Alpine Zoo.

We want to build them an interactive, fun and exciting home for both their enjoyment

AND the enjoyment of the visitors to the zoo.
